What is The Accountability Plan?
The Accountability Plan is a sustainable and maintainable plan customised and tailored to any individual. The tried and tested formula to help you achieve results is non-restrictive and will work towards your own goals, for example fat loss and muscle growth. Throughout the plan I will be educating you to implement small healthy lifestyle changes and habits for a long-term healthy balanced lifestyle.
What’s included?
Tailored Workout Plan
When it comes to fitness, a one-size fits all PDF plan isn’t good enough! Having a tailored plan is key. I will design a tailored plan to fit around your lifestyle and will ensure it is enjoyable and sustainable throughout.
Nutrition advice and guidance
I will give you nutrition advice, as well as a calorie and protein target, which will be based on the information your provide me with and your goals. These targets will be simple and easy to follow. Your calorie target is to ensure you are in a calorie deficit/surplus (dependent on your goals). Your protein target is to make sure you are having enough protein to help with muscle growth and weight loss.
Non-restrictive eating
This plan is strictly non-restrictive! I will help you achieve your goals in a way that ensures you can still enjoy the foods you love. The Accountability Plan is not a ‘crash diet’ or a boring ‘diet’. A healthy balance is key!
Monthly challenges
New challenges will be set for you each month. These are tailored to you and give you that extra push to make further progress. An example of a monthly challenge is hitting your step goal 25+ days in a month!
