Each session will be designed to suit you and work towards your own personal goals, for example muscle growth or fat loss. This is a tried and tested science-based formula that will help you to achieve results. It will be tailored to fit into your lifestyle, which makes it so much easier to stick to long-term.
Fun and challenging sessions
Every session will be challenging but enjoyable. You will see gradual progress week on week through an increase of intensity, sets, reps, weight, etc. I will make sure that the sessions are designed for you to make continuous progress whilst having fun at the same time!
State of the art equipment
I provide an extensive range of excellent fitness equipment to help you achieve your goals, including dumbbells up to 32.5kg each, barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, medicine balls, resistance bands, ladders, hurdles, workout mats and more.
Nutrition advice and guidance
I will be available to support you with your nutrition throughout the days and weeks to ensure that you stay on track. The AW FITNESS approach is educational and inclusive (and NOT restrictive) to ensure that you can still achieve the balance of living a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the foods you love.
Flexible location
Your sessions can take place at either Battlebridge Fitness Centre in Redhill, Surrey, your home or garden or at a local park.
Flexible duration
You can choose between 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute sessions.
