Will your plans work for me?
Your plan will be custom built by me to suit your lifestyle and goals. I will also be there to support and educate you throughout. The AW Fitness approach is science-based and is sure to give you long-term results, as long as you are prepared to put the work in!
Do I need a gym membership for online coaching?
Online coaching will be based specifically on your own personal circumstances, including whether you choose to exercise at home or in a gym. If you are working from home, it is recommended that you invest in some dumbbells.
How will you know what I need?
Before we get started, I will send you a questionnaire to complete – this will include questions about your lifestyle, goals and any health issues you have. This will help me to create the perfect plan for you.
How long will it take to see results?
Clients feel better mentally immediately, as they have a clear path and plan to follow. You will start to see physical results from approximately 3 weeks.
If I have a disability or specific health issues, can you still train me?
Absolutely. I have great experience training people with disabilities and health issues and we have achieved excellent results.
